How Your Warranty Starts
Your 5-year warranty begins on project completion. We issue a written certificate clearly stating the coverage period and terms — essential for future reference and property transfers.
Owens Corning & Manufacturer Warranties
Beyond our own guarantee, the materials we install carry substantial manufacturer protection. These warranties are transferable, meaning they pass to future owners if you sell.
Owens Corning Product Warranties
- Asphalt & Architectural Shingles: Coverage spans 20–50 years depending on product line (Duration®, Duration FLEX®, TruDefinition®). Includes weathering, impact resistance, and material defects.
- Warranty Validity: Your Owens Corning warranty is valid only with an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor (that’s us). Non-certified installations void manufacturer coverage.
Versico Roofing Warranties
For commercial projects using TPO, EPDM, or PVC membranes, Versico authorizes us to offer:
- Material Warranties: 10–20 years on membrane integrity and material defects
- Labor Workmanship: Complementary to our own 5-year guarantee
- System Coverage: When Versico-authorized contractors install Versico products in a Versico-approved system, coverage extends to the full roof assembly
