About Our Services

Core Roofing Systems is a residential, multifamily, and commercial roofing contractor based in Denver, CO. We provide installation, repair, inspection, and storm-damage services across the Denver Metro area, including Aurora, Englewood, Lakewood, Parker, Centennial, Castle Pines, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Brighton, Evergreen, Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield, Boulder, and Greenwood Village.

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates and quotes are good-faith assessments based on the information available at the time and the conditions observed during inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted if undisclosed or unforeseen conditions are encountered — including hidden decking damage, code-compliance requirements, or additional layers discovered during tear-off. Any material change in scope or price will be communicated to you and require your approval before work proceeds.

Workmanship Warranty

We back our work with a 5-year workmanship warranty as set forth in your individual installation or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials (Owens Corning, Versico, and others) are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms, registration requirements, and maintenance obligations. Failure to perform recommended maintenance, modifications by other parties, accidents, misuse, or acts of nature may void warranty coverage.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your service or installation agreement. We accept the payment methods identified at the time of agreement and offer financing through our partner on qualifying installations. Past-due amounts may be subject to interest, collection costs, and other remedies available under Colorado law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an inspection or installation. Cancellation policies for installations and special-order materials are set forth in your individual agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform work safely and efficiently, you agree to provide reasonable access to the work area (driveway, gates, side yards, attic spaces); disclose known issues with the existing roof, decking, or attic; keep pets, children, and personal property safely clear of the work area on installation days; and promptly inform us of any concerns about the work performed so we can address them.

Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, transmit malicious code, or use the site to send unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property
