About Core Roofing Systems — A Denver Roofing Company
Core Roofing Systems was founded in 2001 with a simple premise that sounded almost old-fashioned when we said it out loud — and still does: doing it right matters. That’s not a tagline we picked out of a marketing deck. It’s the sentence we use to decide whether to replace a single piece of flashing or rebuild an entire valley. It’s the reason we pull a crew off a job when the wind picks up, and the reason we call a homeowner back at 7pm if we said we would.
We’re locally owned and operated in Denver, CO, and our entire team lives and works in the same neighborhoods we serve. When a June hailstorm rolls through Highlands Ranch or a spring wind event peels off ridge caps in Arvada, our phones ring from the same zip codes where our kids go to school. That proximity matters — it means we’re on-site faster, we understand the building codes in every municipality we serve, and we’re not going anywhere when a warranty claim comes up three years after the install.

When we started Core Roofing Systems in 2001, the roofing industry in Denver was — and still is — crowded with contractors who disappear after a hailstorm, cut corners on flashing, or treat warranties like suggestions. We wanted to be different. Not by being the cheapest, and not by being the loudest, but by being the contractor our neighbors could trust with the single most important component of their home.
