Multi Family Roof Installation Experts in Denver

Denver’s Roof Installation Experts

At Core Roofing + Solar we specialize in all aspects of multi family roofing, and work with every type of roof system. Our contractors are well-versed in tackling even the largest and most complex projects. Multi family roofing projects are typically larger and more complex than residential roofs, requiring more advanced planning and execution.

Multi family roofs also need to meet stricter building codes and safety regulations, and we know how to navigate the process of ensuring our roofing projects meet all specifications required.

What sets us apart from the competition is our unwavering commitment to exceptional project management and maintaining industry-leading standards. Our experience in quality, planning, and collaboration, ensures a dependable roof for your multi family or apartment building.

Our Process

When you work with CORE, you can expect comprehensive service. A roofing contractor will inspect the existing roof to determine if any repairs or modifications need to be made before the new roof can be installed. They will also prepare the work site by covering and protecting the surrounding areas to prevent damage during the installation.

Old roofing materials are removed, including the membrane, insulation, and any damaged or rotting decking. This is done carefully to avoid damaging the underlying structure.

Depending on your building, we then implement a variety of top-of-the-line materials, such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, or modified bitumen, to create a complete roofing system. The installation process for each type of roofing system varies, but typically involves laying down a waterproof membrane, insulation, and other components.

Similar to residential roofs, metal flashing is installed around the edges of the roof, as well as any areas where the roof intersects with a wall or chimney. Other features, such as HVAC units or drainage systems, are also installed during this phase.

At project close, our team will perform a final inspection to ensure that everything has been done properly and well documented with photos of the completed installation.. They will also clean up the work site, removing any debris and materials.

We provide multi family roof installation, multi family roof repair, and multi family roof inspection.

Certified Contractors of Top Multi Family Materials

As a leader in multi family roof installation, we know the importance of offering our clients high-quality industry materials. We work with select brands and are proud to be certified contractors for premium brands in the multi family construction industry.

Multi family Roofing Types

We offer clients a wide variety of roofing types to choose from for their properties.

Shingles are a popular choice for multi-family properties because they are cost-effective, durable, and come in a wide variety of colors and designs. Similarly, tiles are a long-lasting roofing option that offers excellent insulation and fire-resistance.

Slate rock roofs are ideal for properties that require a rustic, earthy look while providing excellent durability and weather resistance. Shake roofs are a perfect choice for multi family buildings that could benefit from the look of wood, without the high maintenance requirements.

For those looking for a roofing option that offers maximum protection, we offer built-up, single-ply membrane, TPO, and EPDM roofs. Built-up roofs consist of multiple layers of roofing felt and hot tar, providing a high level of durability and resistance against the elements. Single-ply membrane roofs are made from synthetic materials and offer excellent waterproofing and weather resistance. TPO and EPDM roofs are known for their exceptional durability and resistance to extreme weather conditions.

Roof Coatings

For a cost-effective and easy-to-install option, we offer roof coatings. Coatings are applied to existing roofs to improve their longevity and provide an additional layer of protection against the elements.

Metal panels and PVC

Metal panels provide a modern and sleek look while also being environmentally friendly and recyclable. PVC roofs are ideal for properties that require a high level of insulation and energy efficiency.
