Core Roofing + Solar
Doing it right, matters.
Core Roofing and Solar is a locally owned and operated, residential and commercial roofing contractor started in 2001. Formed by three partners, Tomas Wolfram, Jim Horning and Andrew Schmidt, they set out to create an employee-centric company that produced a world-class roofing experience.
Tomas had several decades of construction experience, Jim came from investment banking and Andrew was a classically trained actor that had much more success in sales than acting. This three-legged stool of experience brought a balanced approach to all three facets of small business in the trades.
As the company and the team have evolved, Core landed on its driving purpose to ‘Improve People’s Lives’ for the client and the employee, by delivering a great roofing experience. Since then, Core has continued its dedication towards being a process and purpose driven business that aims to leave every client better than they were before, as well as cultivate an environment for our team to grow and improve the quality of their own life.

Credentials
Continuing Education
Core Roofing + Solar is approved by the Colorado Division of Insurance for Continuing Education to teach Continuing Education courses for insurance agents. We will come to you, or you can come to our office when we have a class scheduled. These courses are free of charge, Core will provide lunch for you and your office staff and then register your class completion with the state and provide you with a certificate of completion.

Civic Engagement
At Core Roofing + Solar, we extend our motto of “doing it right matters” beyond our roofing services and into community resources. Our company feels it is important to be involved in and to give back to the neighborhoods we live and work in, so we give all employees a paid day off each quarter to go out and volunteer around town.
We strongly believe all the groups and organizations we have associated with over our years of work have helped shape our company, so we are honored to repay the positive impact and proud of the volunteer efforts that our employees put forth in Denver area communities.
