This is done carefully to avoid damaging the underlying structure of your home. We then inspect and repair the decking as necessary to ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing materials and is up to county code..
We install a layer of underlayment to protect the decking and provide an additional layer of protection against moisture. We then install metal flashing around the edges of the roof and any areas where the roof intersects with a wall or chimney to prevent water from seeping into these vulnerable areas.
