Core Wins Colorado Roofing Association 2020 Job of the Year!

Core Contractors is proud and humbled to be recognized by the Colorado Roofing Association with the 2020 Job of the Year Award.

This particular project in Conifer was very difficult. With rugged terrain and access issues, the crew and project managers had to creatively manage material disposal, loading by hand and maneuver multiple outdoor decks and patios to preserve the integrity of the property and surrounding nature.

Damaged wood shake was torn off and replaced with multi-colored CertainTeed Carriage shingles. Many facets such as the steep architecture of three separate turrets and custom flashings resulted in a slower than normal work pace, but in the end, the former and current property owners were more than thrilled with the results and even formed a friendship during the process.
